How do I return goods?
We want you to love your soft place to land. If you aren't completely satisfied, you can return your unused Yoga Pillow within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please email our team with your order number, and we will provide you with the next steps.
How are refunds processed?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
Can I exchange items bought online?
Absolutely! If you decide a different color or a different line (like the Yoga Pillow Lite) would better suit your practice, we are happy to help with an exchange. Items must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for an exchange.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Our team works quickly to get your pillows moving! If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make further changes.
How quickly can I get my goods and how are orders shipped?
Most orders are handcrafted in small batches and ship within 2-4 business days. We typically ship via USPS or UPS Ground. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our hands so you can follow its journey to your mat.
Do you require signature on delivery?
To make receiving your order as easy as possible, we do not typically require a signature for standard domestic deliveries. However, please ensure you have a secure location for delivery, as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
What are your domestic shipping charges?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We strive to keep these costs as low as possible while ensuring your pillows arrive safely and swiftly. Keep an eye out for seasonal promotions that often include free shipping!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States. We are working hard to bring a soft place to land to practitioners worldwide in the near future. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand our shipping zones!
My item arrived damaged – what should I do?
We take great care in packaging our handcrafted pillows, but accidents can happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and email it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement for you immediately.
What if I really want an item that is sold out?
Since we produce in small batches, popular colors like those in the SAND Collection can sell out fast! You can reach out to us and submit a request for restock via our chat box in the bottom right corner. Please link us the specific product page and we'll be sure to notify you via email the moment it is back in stock.
