Two days before I was introduced to the yoga pillow, I mentioned needing a less cumbersome way for my clients to access Viparita Karani than using a blanket over a block or even a bolster when there is no wall. So, we recommend using them for more longer held poses used in more restorative and yin style yoga sequences. I'd love to connect and see how you are attaching the yoga pillow to your yoga block or what style yoga blocks you're using. Each yoga pillow goes through extensive testing, and we make sure each one fits on standard sized rectangular yoga blocks.
